Students in the 2nd grade learned all about Henri Matisse and his paper cut-out stain glass windows. Students read Henri’s Scissors by Jeanette Winter  & Matisse The King of Color.  Learning how Henri Matisse was known for his creative way of drawing with scissors, students painted various types of paper and used scissors to create Matisse King of Color Collages!
