Architecture Ink Paintings

 Students in the 2nd grade are studying architecture in their general education class. They went on various walking trips and analyzed the architectural elements found in NYC structures. Using their observational skills, students were prompted to observe in great detail building elements, shapes, structural design characteristics, and more. After their walking trip, students were asked to recall some of the buildings they observed and paint their recollection using india ink on white paper.
